  1. Is there an Architectural Committee?
    Yes. The architectural Committee is appointed by the Board of Directors
  2. Are there Architectural Guidelines?
    There are no specific guidelines, but the Architectural Committee needs to review all exterior changes.
  3. What are the parking rules?
    These can be found on the website.
  4. How does trash pickup work?
    The trash revetments are owned and maintained by the Association. Owners may use these for trash pickup. They also must be willing to share the use with another owner/tenant should it be required. This cost sharing is to be worked out between the parties using it.
  5. What do the Association dues cover?
    Refer to Budget.
  6. Are we allowed to park company vehicles overnight in the parking lot?
    Yes, but refer to Rules & Regulations.
  7. Does it cost extra to park approved vehicles overnight in the parking lots?
    Parking fees are determined by the Board of Directors.
  8. Is there a Board of Directors? How often do they have meetings?
    The Board of Directors consists of five members, and they currently have five Regular Board meetings and one Annual meeting each year.
  9. Is there any assigned parking within Plat 208?
    There is no assigned parking within Plat 208.
